Step 1: You need to buy an aluminum crimp. The aluminum crimps have different sizes. You need to get the very one that will fit your cable tightly. Avoid the one that will have a lot of allowances after you fix the cable inside.
Step 2: Get a section of cable the same size as your lawn mower. The reason for this is that the cable will not become too tense. If it becomes too tense, it will cut again.
Step 3: Replace one part of your old cable with the new one you just purchased.
Step 4: Put the cable inside the aluminum crimps. Place it on an iron table and apply a hammer force or pliers to grip it.

You follow the same steps. The only difference is that you must replace aluminum crimps with a small nut instead of using aluminum crimps. When you hammer it, the thread inside the nut will help grip it properly.
